Mr. Cesar has worked in the logistics industry for over 30 years.

He began his career at K-Line, a prominent shipping company, and later worked at Global Logistics, Expeditors, and the local logistics company Paragon as Vice President before establishing his own company.

One day, he realized something was missing in the industry:

he  believed  there  needed  to  be  more  trust  and  better relationships in the workplace.

​

He felt that, at the time, systems and rules were prioritized over people. Determined to make a change, he decided to build a company where people came first, based on the trust and faith needed to foster a more human-centered attitude in business.

He strongly believed that by prioritizing people, customers, partners, and staff would naturally follow. He was right. Today, we have a loyal customer base, hundreds of partners across an extensive overseas network, and a team of long-serving and skilled staff.
