One day, he thought something was missing in the industry:
he believed there needed to be more “trust” and better relationships in the workplace.
He felt that, at the time, systems and rules were treated as more important than people.
Then he decided he would build a company in which people came first and based on the trust
and faith needed to add a more human-centered attitude to business.
He strongly believed that by putting people first, customers, partners and staff would follow him.
